RETURN POLICY:
To apply for a refund of your merchandise within 30 days of receipt of merchandise, E-Mail your request for return to Spectrum_dynamics@yahoo.com. You will be given an address where to ship the product.  Returns must be effected immediately, and merchandise must be returned prepaid shipping and insured.  DO NOT RETURN INSTANTHEAT PRODUCTS TO OUR ADDRESS UNTIL AUTHORIZED.  You must include your original invoice to receive a refund. (The invoice that comes with your shipment.)

Unless otherwise authorized, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping refunded merchandise back to our fulfillment center.

Guarantees and Warranties:

The Re-Heaterâ product is made in the USA with the highest quality materials, all  Re-Heaterâ products are backed by a manufactures (Re-Heater, Inc. ) 90 day warranty. Warranty applies only to product materiel defects or workmanship and dose not cover damages to product as a result of improper use or handling as described in Re-Heaterâ product literature.
