1. Firmly but gently depress and release the "activator" button.

2. Allow 15 seconds for heat to spread throughout the pack.

3. Gently squeeze the pack until it is pliable for maximum heat.

1.Wrap The Re-Heaterâ   in a cloth or place it on a wire rack or boiling ring in the bottom of the pot. 2. Boil the Re-Heaterâ   for 5 to 20 minutes depending on size and remove from pot. 3. Cool to room temperature before re-using.
